Project Description
The ILO contracted Azimut to digitize the workflows and operational processes of three (3) partner organizations working toward the promotion and support of local entrepreneurs and inclusion of Youth.
The activities carried out involve
- Diagnose the operational processes of the three partners and make recommendations to improve internal processes;
- Digitize the internal processes and provide a web-based platform to help each partner organization;
- Deliver a 4th platform consolidating data of all three partners and design reporting formats and statistics to track performance and impact in real time;
- Train partners on usage of the platform;
