We support business incubators, accelerators, and other Entrepreneurship Support Structures (ESOs) in improving their operations.

We offer a full range of services and tools to meet their needs:

  • Selection methods: In partnership with specialized partners, we propose to develop psychometric tests allowing ESOs to identify the entrepreneurial profiles or the entrepreneurial potential of candidates for incubation programs.
  • Training of technical staff: We equip and train ESOs’ business advisers on training and coaching methods, in line with international standards: GYB, SYB, IYB, etc.
  • Continuum Financing – Coaching: We advise ESOs on the implementation of services to facilitate access to finance: Financial education, training on access to credit, linking ESOs with FIs and, development of innovative partnerships combining BDS and financing. We also support ESOs and Incubators to design funding mechanisms for their entrepreneurs.
  • Development strategies: Azimut advises ESOs in the development of their manuals of procedure, in the design and implementation of strategic development plans, by capitalizing on our experience and conclusions drawn from SOFI-ESO Diagnosis.
