Digital Platform adapted to the needs of local business incubators — Mauritania

Assignment Name:
Implementation of a digital platform adapted to the needs of local business incubators and/or accelerators supporting local entrepreneurs and fostering the professional integration of Youth with the objective to improve their efficiency, the quality of their services and optimize their human and financial resources.

Project Description:
The ILO contracted Azimut to digitize the workflows and operational processes of three (3) partner organizations working toward the promotion and support of local entrepreneurs and inclusion of Youth.

The activities carried out involve:

  • Diagnose the operational processes of the three partners and make recommendations to improve internal processes;
  • Digitize the internal processes and provide a web-based platform to help each partner organization;
  • Deliver a 4th platform consolidating data of all three partners and design reporting formats and statistics to track performance and impact in real time;
  • Train partners on usage of the platform;
  • Conduct mid-term review
