Project Description
The overall objective of the assignment is to conduct institutional assessments of 7 SACCOs and provide recommendations in terms of TA activities.

The activities carried out involve

• Train all SACCOS on Financial Performance Analysis using Azimut IF’s data collection tool;
• Conduct on-site training needs assessments of 7 SACCOs;
• Organize a workshop to present major findings and recommend a tailored TA plan;
