Project Description:
Provide technical advice to ENABEL on designing and implementing a loan guarantee fund to improve access to finance of smallholder farmers and agri-food businesses.
The activities carried out involve:
- Provide different options / scenarios to set up a loan guarantee fund;
- Elaborate the manual of procedures for operating the loan guarantee fund;
- Support the management team to effectively implement the loan guarantee fund;
- Assist the team to elaborate a call for proposals to select partner MFIs

Conduct a due diligence of the 3 MFIs selected by ENABEL (COOPEC KOKARI, COOPEC Yarda Tarka Maggia and MEC Amana)
