Project Description:
Restructuration of the MFI from governance to operations.
The activities carried out involve:
- Conduct a full TA due diligence;
- Establish a clear governance structure by defining the roles, responsibilities and designing performance monitoring tools at all levels;
- Train the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team on effective governance
- Establish a clear organizational structure (review the job descriptions and suggest performance measurement indicators and tools for all the roles);
- On-site Coaching of the Senior Management Team (frequent stays of one senior expert over project duration);
- Draft the Operations’ policies & procedures (loans and savings);
- Implement a performance monitoring tool;
- Review and improve the existing group loan product;

Train and coach staff on new policies, procedures, products and change management.
